At Vanness Pen Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fine writing instruments and accessories. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm eligibility.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original product box with all included nibs, cartridges, or converters to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Little Rock, Arkansas storefront.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
