Van Dieman’s Neptune’s Necklace from the Underwater series is an unsaturated mustard yellow ink with medium shading. It dries in 40 seconds in a medium nib on Rhodia and has a wet flow. Van Dieman’s ink is made in Australia.

Van Dieman's Underwater is the 7^th series from Van Dieman’s Ink. Inspired by the Flora, Fauna, regions and mystery of the ocean, this collection of sixteen fountain pen and shimmer inks contains some of our most unique and experimental inks to date. 

This color is based upon the oddly shaped seaweed of the same name, resembling a beaded necklace as it grows along the sea floor. This ink is a sumptuous olive-green bronzed honey color, a deeper version of Peanut Brittle from Harvest. This shades well and flows smoothly.
