Tom's Studio 09 Constellation is a deep purple-black ink. It dries in 40 seconds in a medium nib on Rhodia and has an average flow. Tom's Studio ink is made in the United Kingdom.

Tom's Studio presents Constellation (NYX) #09 Fountain Pen Ink. Specially formulated in the UK, this ink is suitable for all pens. Inspired by the goddess of the night, Nyx, each bottle contains a beautifully rich and nuanced purple-toned ink that will transform the way you create.

Fountain pen inks are highly 'layerable', allowing you to build different intensities or colours by applying more or less ink on the paper. Please note that the colour on the label may not perfectly represent the colour achieved when using different pens or techniques.

Because the ink has such a concentrated colour, you can dilute it with a smidge of water (ideally distilled) to create watercolour-like washes and depth of colour.
