Colorverse Korea Special Series Ink - #50 Green Tea

Colorverse Green Tea from the Korea Special Ink collection is a pale tea green ink with low shading. It dries in 30 seconds in a medium nib on Rhodia and has an average flow. Colorverse ink is made in Korea.

The green tea field in Bo-seong, Jeollanam-do, is also recorded in the  Survey of the Geography of Korea[Dongguk Yeoji Seungnam] and the Annals of King Sejong[Sejongsillok], a region with a long tradition.

With light green ink, it expresses the charm of nature and tradition of Jeollanam-do and expresses the green tea field as if it is covered with a light green carpet.
The ink resembles the lively hue of young tea leaves and also evokes the image of steeped green tea. When the ink is spread, the center shines in yellow while a green border emerges along the edges. This green border is better appreciated with a dip pen rather than a fountain pen.
